Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of hub.beautypreneur.co, the Beautypreneur Hub, operated by 9468-1640 QUEBEC INC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or running an audit you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 years old and operating or preparing to operate a beauty business.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure.

You must only submit an Instagram handle that you own or are authorised to analyse.

The free snapshot provides a limited view of your Instagram audit: a booking conversion score, a portion of the findings and a suggested first action.

Free access may be limited in frequency and scope, and we may change what is included in the free tier.

Membership costs $29 USD per month unless stated otherwise at checkout, and unlocks the full analysis, content performance, personalized trends, AI content customization, the content planner and monthly re-analysis.

Membership is for a single business owner and is not transferable.

Payments are processed by our payment provider. By subscribing you authorise a recurring charge at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel.

Prices may change with reasonable notice. Changes never apply to a billing period you have already paid for.

If a payment fails, your provider may retry. Membership access may pause or end if payment cannot be collected.

You can cancel at any time from your Account page, which opens your payment provider's secure billing portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your Hub access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and then your account reverts to Free.

We do not delete your audit history, saved content or account data when you cancel.

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds will be emitted.

A fresh Instagram analysis can be generated once every 30 days. Your next available date is shown on your Dashboard and audit page.

Past reports are preserved so you can compare progress over time.

The audit is built from publicly available Instagram data retrieved through a third-party provider, and is analysed by automated systems including third-party AI models.

We depend on those services. If a provider changes, restricts or removes access, some features may be delayed, degraded or unavailable.

This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta, Facebook or Google.

The analysis is based on the data available at the time it runs and on automated interpretation of that data. It may be incomplete or inaccurate.

Recommendations are informational marketing guidance only. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical or business advice.

You remain fully responsible for the decisions you make and the content you publish based on the recommendations.

We do not guarantee bookings, revenue, reach, leads, followers, engagement or any other business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your offer, your pricing and your own effort.

The site, the application, the report structure, trend templates, prompts and written resources are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for use in your own business only.

You may use the recommendations and content ideas in your own marketing. You may not resell, redistribute, share your login, or repackage the trends, templates or reports as your own product or service.

You keep ownership of the content and business information you provide.

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, entitlement checks, rate limits or authentication.

Do not scrape, automate, reverse engineer or stress the service, submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate anyone, or analyse accounts you have no right to analyse.

Do not use the service for anything unlawful or for content that infringes someone else's rights.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages and technical faults can interrupt it.

We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid membership includes, we will give reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the service at any time and cancel any active membership.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the service or creates risk for other users, and will act proportionately.

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada.
