This Privacy Policy explains how 9468-1640 QUEBEC INC ("we", "us") handles personal information collected through hub.beautypreneur.co, the Beautypreneur Hub application.

When you request a free Instagram audit we collect your first name, email address, Instagram handle, business type and whether you agreed to receive marketing email.

When you create an account we store your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile details Google returns to us.

In your Hub profile you may optionally add your business name, beauty niche, main specialty, ideal client, location, brand tone and the types of footage you already have.

When you send a message from the Messages page we store the message text, the time it was sent and the report it relates to.

To produce an audit we retrieve publicly available information from the Instagram handle you provide, including profile details, bio, links and recent public posts and their public engagement counts.

We only access public data. We never ask for your Instagram password and we do not post, message or act on your behalf.

Instagram is a trademark of its respective owner. This service is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

The retrieved profile data is processed by automated systems, including third-party AI models, to generate scores, observations and content recommendations.

AI-generated output is informational marketing guidance. It is not professional, legal or financial advice.

To create and deliver your Instagram audit and Hub features (trends, planner, re-analysis).

To operate your account, authenticate you and determine whether you have Free or Beautypreneur Hub access.

To take payment for membership and keep your subscription status current.

To answer messages you send us.

To send marketing email where you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.

To understand how people find and use the site, using basic attribution data such as referrer and campaign parameters.

We use storage in your browser to keep you signed in and to remember the campaign or referral information associated with your visit.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for third-party advertising profiles.

We share information with providers that make the service work: our application and database hosting provider, our Instagram public-data retrieval provider, our AI processing provider, our email delivery provider and our payment provider.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card number.

Providers may only process your information to deliver their service to us.

We keep account data, audit reports, saved content and messages while your account is open and for 365 days afterwards, unless we are required to keep records longer.

Cancelling a membership does not delete your audit history or saved information.

You can update your profile details at any time from your Account page.

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in any marketing message.

You can ask us to provide a copy of, correct or delete your personal information by emailing hello@beautypreneur.co. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local data protection law.

Access to your data is restricted by authentication and per-user database access rules, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise perfect security, so please use a strong, unique password.

The service is intended for business owners and is not directed at children under 18.

We may update this policy as the service changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
